Japan is known for innovation, and the contents of the Japan for Sustainability newsletter don't disappoint. There's a lot going on in the field of sustainability in Japan; both social and technical advances are documented here. Read for inspiration, edification, and a global perspective.

We share information on developments and activities originating in Japan that lead toward sustainability, with the aim of building momentum toward a sustainable path for the world.
You may want to subscribe to their newsletter for regular updates, or just spend some time cruising around their searchable archives. Post Carbon Cities readers may also be particularly interested in the Public/Civil sector category. Their site also has an excellent example of using indicators to assess sustainability across several categories.
